Let me start off by saying this place is immaculate beautiful showroom beautiful cars and their not priced out of budget for the everyday person. Staff is friendly and very welcoming.Now the sales guy Eddy was the best sales agent I've ever dealt with and would highly recommend him he help me so much. He was very informative of what I was looking for and budget I had he showed me several different options of vehicles and ultimately went with a BMW 540I M sport beautiful car spec really good did up the paperwork which was easy and pain less. Sara from finance was awesome works diligently to find the best financing for their customers. Over all best car buying experience I've ever had and when it time to upgrade wife's car I will buy from them again thank yo to the team at Certified Benz and Bearmer

From the very first conversation, she was straight to the point, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of making us chase information, she provided detailed answers upfront and made the entire process easy to understand. What really stood out was the personalized video walk-around she sent of the truck we were originally interested in. It showed she was willing to go the extra mile and respected our time.

To make things even more challenging, late in the evening and close to closing time, we completely changed gears and decided we wanted a different truck. Rather than getting frustrated or pushing us toward the original deal, she rolled with every curveball we threw her way. One of the easiest, most transparent purchases I have made! My salesperson Saw Yu Nwe Zin was on point and very easy to talk to. The sales manager was as honest as they come and I appreciated his candor. The finance manager Chris was also exceptional and explained everything well! I was in and out in a relatively short time! I recommend looking this dealership up if looking for a quality pre owned car or truck! Great experience!

Unfortunately, my e-class Mercedes needed a new motor, and working with the warranty company wasn’t easy. There were many unfortunate delays, but despite the extra time, the staff at certified Benz and Beemer went above and beyond for me. I’m a returning customer, and it’s clear that they value that. They gave me a loaner, swapped it out for a better one when they realized that my case was going to take longer to resolve, and worked with me to lower my out-of-pocket costs. At the end of this long road, I have my beautiful Benz back, she’s running as good as ever, and they will continue to get my business!

By far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Ryan Bregman helped me find a vehicle listed on the website, took it out of the space and sent me non-filtered photos of everything and a short video of the interior. Once I knew the vehicle was flawless he got me in touch with Mark Stevens to write up a contract. We showed up and drove away in record time. The team here doesn’t mess around or waste any of your time, pricing is amazing and they have a laid back vibe and don’t try to throw everything at you.

McDowell Rd, Scottsdale AZ, "Benz & Beamer".. then circled back 3hrs later ....with my newly treasured Porsche, after searching 8mths. A 361mi test drive back home with a smile! My first foot in the door in the Porsche family.. 2018 Porsche Cayenne GTS black/black. It's been 20 years since I'd purchased from a dealership due to depreciation and trust. I located the vehicle online, reached out to the dealer a few days prior and Danny immediately responded within a few hours. After a short convo, acknowledging his genuine disposition, honesty... would trigger lack of sleep and the absolute resolute to see the vehicle in person. There were no mysteries, re-clarifications, apologies. The vehicle was priced fairly, Danny had the history and there were 3 numbers that never changed from my initial request of out the door estimate - Price, Taxes and a minimal dealer fee. I can't speak more about Danny Quintana as the ambassador of the dealership, the facility and it's immaculate gallery of treasures. I'll be back in a few years for my 911. The 721mi / 10hr day was worth it.

Found the Panamara shown here on autotrader. Contacted the dealer on a Friday evening and they responded immediately. Spoke extensively with Tuan about the car. He Answered all questions and was very attentive throughout the transaction. They shipped the car to me from Scottsdale to Pittsburgh. Arrived in 9 days from our initial contact in impeccable condition, better condition than conservatively described by the dealer. Very pleased with the purchase.

This was probably one of the easiest car purchases I’ve had. David was great throughout - professional and very helpful with getting a rental car returned as well as scheduling a follow up paint chip repair. We even tested out some of the vehicle’s features including getting my phone connected and setup before I left. I spent all year searching for my unicorn vehicle, and Jason was kind, patient, and understanding the entire time. He was never pushy or condescending, which I really appreciated. When I finally found the car I wanted, it actually wasn’t even within my original guidelines but Jason responded after hours and immediately got to work getting me approved.

Finance was able to lower both my rate and my down payment, which was a huge win. The car was clean, ready, and waiting for me at signing I drove it home the same day.

I came to Benz & Beemer via a referral from my independent mechanic who thought I needed a software update to be done at a Mercedes dealership or an Authorized Mercedes dealer such as CB&B. He recommended these people. Travis Robinson was my service advisor and I stopped by to inquire about their services. I explained I needed an "A service" which is a routine oil change, fluid level & filter check etc. I also mentioned my mechanic thought I needed a software update and my door was making a cracking or popping sound on the lower hinge. My mechanic had given me a referral to an autobody shop for the door. I had purchased my Mercedes a couple years ago from a different dealer.
Travis said they would look at all 3 things and we scheduled a time later in the week for me to drop off my car before I headed out of town. Although they are closed on Sundays, since I was coming back on Saturday night we arranged for ne to pick up my car on a Sunday while the sales dept was open.
Not only did they look at all 3 things and more, they kept me in the loop that the software was up to date, the A service was done, and they fixed the door as the mechanic said it was a simple fix. It got better when Travis told me the price. It was much less expensive than other places I had checked.
I will be going back to CB&B and specifically Travis Robinson for all future service issues and I can't recommend them enough.

I do not have a Benz or Beemer, but I received stellar service from Travis and Caelam at Certified Benz & Beemer. As a woman, finding a trustworthy mechanic is difficult (especially when you have a beloved, old car like I do) and I've received nothing but the best advice and service from Caelam for years, which is why I followed him from Whitey's to Certified Benz & Beemer. The oil change is a bit pricey but this is no Jiffy Lube. I received a customized video from Caelam, who showed me what was going on under the car, pointed out any current problems, told me what was looking good, and showed me what we need to anticipate for service in the near future. The lobby is really great with free refreshments, wi-fi, and work stations, which was great for working while I waited. To top it all off, every service comes with a car wash and vacuum! I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and can't recommend Caelam, Travis, and Certified Benz and Beemer enough.

Jerry Smith is beyond fabulous! Alpha Warranty was making it very difficult on him and me getting our repair approved. Jerry took a proactive leadership and superior service approach and took care of it himself under the Service Dept. This is how you retain customers and build your referral network. It is an absolute pleasure to work with someone that still sees the value in human connection and proactive problem solving. Jerry is all about what he can do, not what he can’t do. Highly recommend Jerry. 5 ⭐️ experience.
