Both the 488 GTB and the 675LT have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding and available rearview cameras.
The 488 GTB’s 3.9 turbo V8 produces 44 lbs.-ft. more torque (560 vs. 516) than the 675LT’s 3.8 turbo V8.
In heavy traffic or at stoplights the 488 GTB offers an optional system to automatically turn off the engine when the vehicle is stopped, saving fuel and reducing pollution. The engine is automatically restarted when the driver gets ready to move again. (Start/Stop isn’t accounted in present EPA fuel mileage tests.) The 675LT doesn’t offer an automatic engine start/stop system.
The 488 GTB has 3.7 gallons more fuel capacity than the 675LT (22.7 vs. 19 gallons), for longer range between fill-ups.
For better stopping power the 488 GTB’s front brake rotors are larger than those on the 675LT:

For better traction, the 488 GTB has larger front tires than the 675LT (F:245/35R20 & R:305/30R20 vs. F:235/35R19 & R:305/30R20).
For better ride, handling and brake cooling the 488 GTB has standard 20-inch wheels. Only 19-inch front wheels are available on the 675LT.
For better handling and stability, the track (width between the wheels) on the 488 GTB is .1 inches wider in the front and 1.7 inches wider in the rear than on the 675LT.
The 488 GTB’s rain-sensitive wipers adjust their speed and turn on and off automatically based on the amount of rainfall on the windshield. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving without constantly adjusting the wipers.
To help drivers see further while navigating curves, the 488 GTB offers optional adaptive headlights to illuminate around corners automatically by reading vehicle speed and steering wheel angle. The 675LT doesn’t offer cornering lights.
Standard smartphone integration for the 488 GTB allows the driver and passengers access to select programs on their smartphones, including reading text messages aloud, playing internet radio stations and other connected activities without taking their eyes off the road or their hands from the wheel. The 675LT doesn’t offer factory integrated smartphone program access.
